We want you to be sure of the quality of our services, that is why you may address the Service Department from the date of a purchase of the real estate in the residential complex until the property right registration.
The Service Department — is a team of the experts, who work in different directions in order to help you to settle issues before commissioning of the building:
to ask about the construction progress of the residential complex
to arrange an inspection of your apartment/non-residential premise
to order a redesign of the apartment/non-residential premise
to request an invoice to pay instalments
to receive a certificate on payment confirmation
to request a financial reconciliation
to consult on issues of payments under the agreement
to learn about the beginning of the repair
to get assistance with property right registration
