CHICAGO Central House Service Department

We accompany our client through all stages of purchasing an apartment in the CHICAGO Central House – from the first visit to the Sales Department to receipt of a key and further dwelling in the building. We want you to be sure of the quality of our services, that is why you may address the Service Department from the date of a purchase of the real estate in the residential complex until the property right registration.

The Service Department — is a team of the experts, who work in different directions in order to help you to settle issues before commissioning of the building:

  • • service managers will answer your any question relating to construction of the residential complex;
  • • the financial advisor will help you see into a matter of financial aspect of the agreement performance and making payments;
  • • the lawyer will explain you the provisions of the agreement and consult on registration of the property right.

You may review your apartment or non-residential premise in the CHICAGO Central House Residential District every Thursday under your preliminary arrangement.

Within the period from November 01 to March 15 the inspection will be possible only during the daytime – from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
